Tata Motors Reintroduces Multi Skill Beneficiary Plan for Employee Development

Union Leaders Express Gratitude for Program Aimed at Enhancing Worker Efficiency

Tata Motors Workers Union has announced the re-implementation of the Multi Skill Beneficiary Plan to improve the technical skills and efficiency of employees.

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Motors Workers Union, the authorized union of Tata Motors, has informed employees through a press release about the reintroduction of the Multi Skill Beneficiary Plan, aimed at enhancing workers’ technical skills and efficiency.

General Secretary RK Singh shared that the union has been advocating for this scheme at both the Jamshedpur and Mumbai levels.

The plan, initially implemented during the Covid period, is designed to improve the technical development and proficiency of employees.

RK Singh expressed his happiness over the decision, highlighting the importance of the program in the context of Tata Motors Jamshedpur’s production of various vehicle models using different energy sources.

He thanked Tata Motors management for reinstating the scheme, emphasizing its necessity for employee efficiency.

Chairman Gurmeet Singh Tote also expressed his gratitude, noting that the scheme will boost employee morale and enhance their ability to perform better.

He highlighted that the program offers a significant opportunity for employees to develop their skills.

The reimplementation of this scheme underscores Tata Motors’ commitment to employee development and operational excellence.
