Tata Steel Manager Killed in Highway Collision Following Wife’s Airport Drop-off

In a devastating road incident near Bundu, Tata Steel’s Area Manager IT Service, Sunit Kumar Mishra, lost his life, casting a shadow over his recent marriage celebrations. The accident occurred early in the morning during his return to Jamshedpur.

JAMSHEDPUR – A recent road accident has claimed the life of Sunit Kumar Mishra, a respected Area Manager IT Service at Tata Steel, during a routine drive back to Jamshedpur.

Mishra was en route from Ranchi Airport, having just dropped off his wife, when his car was struck by a truck.

The collision severely damaged his Hyundai Verna, causing fatal injuries to Mishra.

After the incident, bystanders extracted him from the wreckage and he was quickly transported by police to a local health facility.

Despite prompt medical attention, doctors at the health center declared him deceased upon arrival.

Mishra, aged 41, had recently celebrated his marriage in a grand ceremony at his sister’s residence in Raipur, just two months prior to the accident.

The truck involved in the accident did not stop and fled the scene, leaving behind a devastated family mourning the loss of a promising individual.

The community has been left reeling by the untimely demise of Mishra, who was regarded as a talented officer with a bright future at Tata Steel.
