Ranchi/Jamshedpur: Jharkhand BJP announced its new working committee on Friday. State BJP president and Rajya Sabha MP Deepak Prakash announced the names of all members.
The new working committee has eight vice presidents, three general secretaries and three secretaries. The names of 19 district BJP presidents were also announced today.
As per the announcement, Gunjan Yadav was nominated as the Jamshedpur Mahanagar BJP president. KK Gupta was nominated as the president of Ranchi Mahanagar BJP. Vipin Purty and Vijay Mahato were nominated as the presidents of West Singhbhum and Seraikela-Kharsawan district BJP units respectively.
Former district president Nandjee Prasad was nominated as the district in-charge of East Singhbhum while Savindra Singh and JB Tubid were nominated as in-charge of West Singhbhum and Seraikela-Kharswan respectively. Manoj Singh was nominated as Ranchi Mahanagar in-charge while Subodh Singh Guddu was nominated as Jamshedpur Mahanagar in-charge.
The new state vice presidents include Neelkanth Singh Munda, Sunil Singh, Raj Palivar, Annapurna Devi, Gangotri Kujur, Pranav Verma, Vinod Sharma and Aparna Sengupta. Sameer Oraon, Aditya Sahu and Pradip Verma have been made state general secretaries.
State secretaries include Jaiprakash Bhai Patel, Subodh Singh Guddu, Muneshwar Sahu, Naveen Jaisawal, Vivek Bhavani Singh, Sharmila Rajak, Kajal Pradhan and Rita Mishra.
Seven persons have been nominated as state BJP spokespersons. They include former Baharagora MLA Kunal Sarangi. Others are Pradip Sinha, Pratul Shahdeo, Saroj Singh, Avinash Kumar, Misfiqa Hasan and Amit Kumar. Amar Bauri has been made the head of SC Morcha.
