Body of MG Rajan Discovered Hanging from a Tree, Police Investigate
Jamshedpur Man Found Dead at Home, Police Launch Investigation into Suspected Suicide
JAMSHEDPUR – The body of 54-year-old MG Rajan was discovered hanging from a mango tree in the courtyard of his house near Gayatri Mandir under Parsudih police station in Jamshedpur.
When Rajan’s sister-in-law woke up late at night, she found the body hanging from the tree.
Police were informed about this on Friday morning.
After getting the information, the police reached the spot, removed the body from the rope, and sent it for postmortem.
Relatives told the police that Rajan used to work in the United Engineering Company located near Gol Pahari.
He returned after working at night and after having dinner went to sleep in his room.
When the sister-in-law woke up late at night, she found his body hanging from the noose.
The relatives are not able to give information about why Rajan might have committed suicide.
