Sawan’s Third Monday Celebrated with Devotion at Baridih Hari Mandir
On Sawan’s third Monday, thousands in Jamshedpur came together to celebrate with Jalabhishek, former Chief Minister Raghuvar Das among attendees.
JAMSHEDPUR – Today, on the third Monday of Sawan, Jamshedpur experienced a spiritual wave as thousands of devotees gathered at the Baridih Hari Mandir ground.
Since early morning, men, women, and children filled urns with water from the golden line of the river Ganga and assembled at the location.
After taking a pledge, the procession of the cowherds marched through the Suryu temple complex and performed Jalabhishek in Lord Bholenath’s Shiv temple.
During the event, former Chief Minister Raghuvar Das also participated, taking water from the river on foot and performing Jalabhishek in the Sun Temple.
The Sun Temple Committee organized the event, marking a day filled with devotion and spiritual connection to Lord Shiva.
