Local Social Organizations and Police Join Hands in Sakchi Shaheed Chowk Rally to Combat Drugs
Jamshedpur residents, social organizations, and authorities rally together against rising drug addiction; Padyatra, Tiranga Yatra mark a unified stand against the flourishing drug business.
JAMSHEDPUR – On the call of Jharkhand Kranti Sewa, a march was taken out from Sakchi Mango Plantation Netaji Maidan complex to Sakchi Shaheed Chowk roundabout in Jamshedpur.
Various social organizations contributed to the march.
The rally was aimed at the alarming trend of the young generation moving towards drugs and the flourishing drug business in the city.
Despite continuous efforts by the district police and district administration to control the drug problem, success has been elusive, leading to a frightening situation.
Responding to the gravity of the issue, Jharkhand Kranti Sena started the Padyatra, Tiranga Yatra, guided by the district police and administration.
The march called upon the residents of the city to walk shoulder to shoulder against drugs.
Many social organizations ensured their participation in the journey, uniting against the menace.
Common people were seen raising their voice against drugs in unison, reflecting a shared determination to combat the problem.
