Dengue outbreak in Jamshedpur causes concern; Congress District Vice President tweets; urges authorities to clean drains, sprinkle powder, and provide immediate medical attention.
JAMSHEDPUR – Bablu Jha, Congress District Vice President, has raised alarms about the increasing outbreak of dengue in Jamshedpur city.
Long queues of patients are being seen in medical centers across the city, waiting for treatment.
The flourishing of dengue mosquitoes is being attributed to changing weather and waterlogging in various areas.
Bablu Jha has urged the Deputy Commissioner and Health and Disaster Minister to take the issue seriously and clean the drains in different parts of the city.
He has also made an appeal for sprinkling powder and ensuring continuous garbage lifting to mitigate the situation.
Immediate medical attention has been advised for patients experiencing symptoms of dengue, including high fever, headache, muscle and joint pains, and red-pink rashes on the face and chest.
