JAMSHEDPUR – The Vice President of the 20-point programme committee Mr. Mohan Karmakar and a delegation met the District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Mr. Manjunath Bhajantri on Thursday.
The Deputy Commissioner was informed about the lack of police verification for block-level 20-point members, a crucial issue that needed urgent attention.
The Deputy Commissioner instructed the concerned officer to take action on the issue, ensuring that proper protocols are followed.
Instructions were given to regularly organize meetings for the block level 20-point committee, emphasizing the importance of coordination and proper functioning.
20-point member Mr. Pramod Lal and others were present during the meeting, a collective effort to address and streamline the challenges faced by the committee.
