The matriculation results of 2023 in Seraikela-Kharsawan district reveal an impressive overall pass rate of 97.04%, with Rashmita Pati of Saraswati Shishu Mandir High School emerging as the district topper.
Seraikela – The matriculation results of 2023 have brought positive news for Seraikela-Kharsawan district, with 12,552 out of the 12,935 candidates who sat the examination successfully passing it.
This equates to an impressive overall success rate of 97.04%, an improvement from previous years.
Leading the pack in this district’s remarkable achievement is Rashmita Pati of Saraswati Shishu Mandir High School in Seraikela.
She topped the district with a stunning score of 96.2 percent. Close on her heels was R Dharamveer Pradhan of the proposed High School in Sidadih, achieving the second-highest district score with 96 percent.
Sharing the third spot were Varsha Singh, also from Saraswati Shishu Mandir High School, and a student each from Proposed High School Sidadih and NSSS Vidya Mandir Chandil, all three achieving a commendable 95.4 percent.
The student of the proposed SNM High School Kukdu secured the fourth position in the district by achieving 95.2 percent. Further, the students of Birsa High School Shankradih and Adarsh Vikas Vidyalaya Gamharia shared the fifth rank, each securing 95% marks. Similarly, one student from Birsa High School, Shankradih, and two students from Adarsh Vikas Vidyalaya, Gamharia, secured sixth place with 94.6% marks.
The Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singhdev State Sponsored Girls High School in Seraikela also achieved notable results. The principal, Narayan Kumar, proudly announced that 94% of the school’s 235 girls who appeared for the examination have passed.
Here, Sonakshi Padihari led the school with a total of 443 marks.
The impressive results this year bring joy and satisfaction to students, parents, and school authorities alike. The record pass rate of 100 percent at the Saraswati Shishu Mandir High School, Seraikela, especially, stands testament to this. Principal Partha Sarathi Acharya and Vice Principal Tushar Kant Pati applauded all the students for their achievements, with Rashmita Pati notably scoring a total of 481 marks.
Rashmita, daughter of a pharmacist and a homemaker, aspires to become a dedicated doctor and serve the nation.
