Jamshedpur’s newly built Grand Shiv Dham Temple prepares for Pran Pratishtha, starting with a grand Kalash Yatra on May 23.
Jamshedpur – In Birsanagar’s Zone No. 2, Jamshedpur, the Grand Shiv Dham Temple is set to initiate its Pran Pratishtha on May 23, following the completion of its construction, achieved through generous financial contributions from the community.
The construction of the grand Shiva temple, totaling an expenditure of 20 lakhs, stands as a testament to the collective efforts of the people.
The Pran Pratishtha will begin on May 23 with a grand Kalash Yatra, where thousands of women are expected to participate and perform Jalabhishek of Bhole Baba.

Following the Yatra, special worship sessions are planned for May 24 and 25, led by Swami Acharya from Gaya.
As expressed by Ram Narayan Sharma, Conservator of Shiv Dham Temple, a Bhog ceremony is being organized, where thousands of people are anticipated to partake in the communal meal.
In addition to these religious ceremonies, there are plans to develop the area into a tourist spot, aiming to provide all necessary facilities for future devotees.
