Desk: An 11-year-old girl who was kidnapped for begging in Pakistan’s state Punjab’s Sadiqabad was rescued by the police.
According to the details appearing in news sources, police station city in Sadiqabad Tehsil of Rahim Yar Khan district arrested the operative of the gang who kidnapped children for using them for begging racket.
News sources quoted ASP Haseeb Memon as saying that the 11-year-old girl who was abducted on May 10 was recovered by the police after arresting the accused with the help of CCTV and modern technology.
Police officials say that the gang operatives used to kidnap children from different cities and then train them and use them for begging. After training, the children were sent to different cities.
