State Health Minister Banna Gupta, MP Bidyut Baran Mahato, and MLA Mangal Kalindi initiate Illumination scheme at Jugsalai Railway Overbridge.
JAMSHEDPUR – The long-standing issue of lack of street lights at the newly constructed railway overbridge in Jugsalai is soon to be resolved.
State Health Minister Banna Gupta, Jamshedpur Member of Parliament (MP) Bidyut Baran Mahato, and Jugsalai MLA Mangal Kalindi have collectively laid the foundation stone for a ₹48.64 lakh Illumination scheme.

Furthermore, plans are in place for the construction of a fire station to combat potential fire risks and assurances have been given to quickly address issues such as the construction of a foot overbridge for pedestrians.
While addressing the media, Minister Gupta stated that the Jugsalai Railway Overbridge was completed after much hard work, and today marks the commencement of the Illumination scheme to address the prevailing issues.
The work will commence soon and 110 light poles will be installed to ensure commuters face no difficulties during night-time travel.

He also assured ongoing work to solve parking issues and the auto stand rehabilitation, promising results soon.
Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato expressed his pleasure in this accomplishment, acknowledging that the completion of the Jugsalai Railway Overbridge project was the biggest challenge in his political career.
He credited former state Chief Minister Raghubar Das for laying the foundation of this project and making relentless efforts to complete it.

With the Illumination issue now on the verge of resolution, he indicated that efforts will be made to resolve the foot overbridge problem soon.
Expressing his happiness, MLA Mangal Kalindi stated that the completion of the railway overbridge’s Illumination marked a significant step, and pledged to address upcoming issues as soon as possible.
