Violence at Tatanagar Railway Station’s parking area as operator Neeraj Dubey is shot by unknown assailants; condition remains critical.
Jamshedpur – A shocking act of violence reverberated through the city of Jamshedpur when unknown criminals opened fire at Tatanagar Railway Station’s parking area, critically injuring the operator, Neeraj Dubey.
The incident occurred on Friday evening, where Dubey was shot in the neck and left hand. He was immediately rushed to Tata Main Hospital for emergency treatment.

His condition remains serious, according to hospital sources.
This isn’t the first instance of criminal activity in the parking area, which has been marred with controversy and violence.

Just months ago, a young man was beaten to death over a minor dispute, and the lot has been referred to as a ‘den of criminals’.
In the wake of the latest attack, Ghulam Rabbani, the GRP police station in-charge at Tatanagar railway station, confirmed that Dubey was fired upon by unidentified criminals.
Two bullet casings were recovered from the scene.

As investigations continue, this incident serves as another stark reminder of the escalating security issue at the parking area.
