Jamshedpur – 7th IBFF National Blind Football Tournament Participants will be felicitated by Sreeleathers Partner Shekhar Dey during the concluding ceremony.
The 7th Indian Blind Football Federation (IBF) National Blind Football Tournament for men and the 3rd for women kicked off on Wednesday, May 17 at the Tinplate Sports Complex in Jamshedpur.
The event, which will conclude on May 20, is also the selection ground for the Blind Football World Cup Women’s Championship.
The tournament is attracting teams of visually impaired players from all over the country. In each team, only the goalkeeper and the coach, who provide directions from the sidelines, are sighted. The other players rely on their remaining senses to navigate the field and score goals, showcasing the strength, determination, and adaptability of these athletes.
