On the orders of the Special Officer, JNAC, an alleged illegally constructed third floor in Kagalnagar Sonari has been sealed, halting further construction.
Jamshedpur – In an effort to enforce construction regulations, officials sealed an illegally constructed third floor in Kagalnagar Sonari, Jamshedpur Wednesday.
Following orders from the Special Officer of JNAC, the building at Holding No. 223, Road No. 6 in Kagalnagar Sonari was sealed, bringing a halt to further construction work.
The builder of the illegal structure has been instructed not to conduct any construction work in the future.
In addition, the builder has been asked to present relevant documentation to the office on May 19, 2023, to argue his side of the case.
City Manager Anay Raj led the operation, assisted by Amit Anand, Assistant Engineer, and Junior Engineer Ziaul Haq.
The Flying Squad of the city council also contributed to the successful execution of the sealing work.
