Jamshedpur – As the world prepares to celebrate Yoga Day, several schools in Jamshedpur have taken the initiative to organize special yoga camps.
These camps aim to introduce students to the practice of yoga and encourage its regular incorporation into their lifestyle.
One such session took place at J.P. School in Mango.
Yoga sessions are being held nationwide by various organizations, including Patanjali Yog Samiti, Bharat Swabhiman, and Art of Living.
These organizations aim to ignite a passion for yoga among the younger generation. As a part of this initiative, J.P. School invited all students to participate in a yoga practice session on Saturday.
Arjun Sharma, the secretary of the school management, spoke about the benefits of yoga. He emphasized that regular yoga practice contributes to overall health and accelerates physical and mental development.
In anticipation of World Yoga Day on June 21, he encourages more children to join yoga and maintain a regular practice for their holistic health and development.
