Tata Steel remembers Dr. PN Bose, its architect, on his 168th birth anniversary. Officials call him a visionary responsible for the company’s progress.
Jamshedpur – The Steel City of Jamshedpur is celebrating the 168th birth anniversary of Dr. PN Bose, fondly remembered as the architect of Tata Steel.
In a touching ceremony, officials from Tata Steel and union representatives gathered in Bistupur to pay their respects at Bose’s statue Friday morning.
In a series of heartfelt tributes, officials and personnel took turns to lay garlands at the statue of the late Dr. Bose and bow in reverence.

Tata Steel officials hailed the late Dr. PN Bose as a visionary and a great architect. They credited him for the immense progress that Tata Steel continues to make day and night.
“Thanks to the late Dr. Bose, Tata Steel is setting new records every day, which we are all collectively carrying forward,” one official stated.
They expressed hope that the development journey of the Tata Group would continue with the same momentum.
The commemorative event was well-attended by office bearers of Tata Steel, Tata Motors, and the Tata Workers Union, who came together to honor the legacy of the man who laid the foundation for Tata Steel’s success.
