3 Schools Selected for CBSE pattern in Seraikela district, Seraikela DC Arva Rajkamal flags off Awareness Campaign.
Seraikela: In a significant move towards educational enhancement, the Jharkhand state government, under the initiative of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, is gearing up to introduce the CBSE pattern in 80 excellent schools across the state.
The Seraikela district administration is intensifying efforts to kickstart the enrollment process.
On Thursday, Deputy Commissioner Arva Rajkamal launched an awareness campaign from the Seraikela-Kharsawan district headquarters concerning enrollment in three selected schools within the district.
These schools, identified as ‘excellent schools’, include NR Government Plus Two High School Seraikela, Kasturba Gandhi Residential School Seraikela, and KGPS School. The plan is to implement the CBSE pattern of education in these institutions. An estimated 745 students will be enrolled in the district during the initial phase.
Deputy Commissioner Arwa Rajkamal has appealed to parents desiring English medium education for their children to consider these schools. He also invited parents of Hindi medium students who wish to transition their children to English medium instruction to apply.
Emphasizing the government’s commitment to quality education for all children, Rajkamal stated that this initiative was launched with that objective in mind. The event was attended by several officials, including the District Education Superintendent.
