People line up to pay respect to Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru on their Martyrdom Day
Jamshedpur: A huge Tiranga Yatra was taken out from Agrico Grounds on Thursday to mark the martyrdom day of freedom fighters Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru.
The Tiranga Yatra was organized by the social and cultural organization Naman to honor the martyrdom of revolutionaries of Indian freedom movement Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, and Rajguru.
Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy was there as the Chief Guest and flagged off the yatra.

At the ceremony, MLA Saryu Roy spoke about the many foreign and internal forces that are hurting the country and underlined the need to fight against them collectively.
In addition, he committed to annually organize the Tiranga Yatra in homage to those who gave their lives in defense of the country.
The Tiranga Yatra was first started in 2016 by Amarpreet Singh Kale, a social worker and former state spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party, in response to the anti-national slogans raised at JNU,.
Thousands of people from many communities and religions attended the yatra to show their love for the nation and take vows to respond appropriately to its foes.
