Pronay Halder, a midfielder, has returned to Jamshedpur FC on a permanent basis, and he is overjoyed to be back.
Halder previously helped Jamshedpur FC win the League Shield in the 2021-22 Hero Indian Super League (ISL) under then-head coach Owen Coyle. Jamshedpur FC is currently struggling in the league, with only one win in 13 games, three draws, and nine losses, and is ranked tenth on the ISL points table.
Aidy Boothroyd, the team’s coach, is likely to rely on Halder’s experience, having played nearly 5000 minutes in the league and appearing in every Hero ISL season since 2015.
He stated that he is prepared to give his all during training and matches. Defensively, the team has struggled and has only kept one clean sheet. Halder adds energy and tenacity to the midfield. The coach believes that if the team works together well, they can accomplish great things.
The team’s performance in their most recent match against Chennaiyin FC resulted in a draw, and the coach had mixed feelings about it. He was happy with the point, but thought it should have been three. The addition of Halder added steel to the midfield.
He urged fans to show their support for the team by attending games or watching them on television, stating that the team needs their help to succeed.
