Joyous children keep teachers busy on Children’s Day

Cultural programmes, fairs, exhibitions organized in almost all schools

Jamshedpur: Children’s Day was celebrated in Jamshedpur on Monday on a grand scale. Ebullient children filled their schools with joy and clamor.

Different cultural and festive programmes and events were organized in almost all schools of the city.

The whole country celebrates the birth anniversary of the first Prime Minister of the country Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru as Children’s Day.

Several programs are organized across the country on this occasion. In Jamshedpur too, many programs are organized especially for children in schools.

Children’s Day was also celebrated in Jamshedpur on Monday with festivity and joy.

A children’s fair was organized at St. Mary’s Hindi High School, Bistupur.

Various types of models made by the children were displayed during the fair. An exhibition was also organized.

Corona had had an adverse impact on children’s day celebration in the city too during the last two years.

And this is why this year the children’s day brought a new fervor to the schools.
