Elevator power cut results in man’s death in Dimna Road Mango Neelkanth Apartment

Lift got stalled in 4th floor due to power failure, Victim falls while trying to come out

Jamshedpur: In a tragic incident, one person died in Dimna Road Mango on Wednesday in an accident due to power failure of the lift.

According to the information received, Mongo’s Shishir Sinha, a resident of Sarvodaya Path, died tragically in an accident. His unfortunate death caused immense grief to his neighbors and friends.

He had gone to Neelkanth Apartment in Dimna Road to visit his friend.

His friend live on the 5th floor. The elevator got stuck at the fourth floor due to sudden power outage.

When there was no electricity for some time, Shishir Sinha with the help of his friend Bablu Srivastava opened the door of the lift and jumped down on to the corridor. However, his attempt fell short as he could not make to the verandah and fell into the lift hole.

He was seriously injured in this accident.

Hiss friend rushed him to Tata Main Hospital, from where he was taken to Brahmanand Hospital due to non-availability of beds. He died on the way while being taken directly from Brahmanand to RIMS.

Here, the whole area mourned due to this incident.

The CCTV footage of the incident has shocked the people of that area.
