SSP warns criminals to quit crime and join mainstream
Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur SSP Prabhat Kumar said in a media interaction on Sunday that the snatching gang will no longer survive in East Singhbhum district, especially in Jamshedpur, as the police is preparing to take action against them with a new strategy.
The SSP said that the district police is making special preparations to curb the activities of the snatching gangs in the city.

Giving details on this, the SSP of the district said that a special meeting has been held to curb and stop the snatching gang. All the DSPs and in-charges of the police station were present in this. Together they have devised a special strategy.
SSP Prabhat Kumar said that now the criminals will never be safe in the city.
In the areas where such incidents have happened in the past, the police station in-charge of that area will be responsible for this.
The number of CCTV cameras will be increased across the city and its monitoring will also be done better.
He said that swift action would be taken on the cases of snatching.
He told that if the criminals are reformed, then it is fine otherwise they will soon be behind the bars.
