AISSF felicitates meritorious students from community

Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Rai said that only those who make a mark with their hard work carve out an identity for themselves. The AISSF president Satnam Gambir said that Federation respects and encourages education.

Jamshedpur: The All India Sikh Students Federation organised a felicitation ceremony of meritorious students at Sakchi Gurdwara on Wednesday.

Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy was the chief guest of the function.

Mr. Saryu Roy was also felicitated by Federation President Satnam Singh Gambhir and Baljit Singh Sansoa. They honoured him with a shawl and a bouquet.

Guest of Honour Mrs. Meena Wilkhu, Principal of Chinmaya Vidyalaya School, was also felicitated.

In the Merit Felicitation programme organized in the Sakchi Gurdwara Sahib premises on Wednesday evening, the Sikh children who scored well in ICSE and CBSE were honored by the Chief Guest MLA Saryu Roy and the Guest of Honour Mrs. Meena Wilkhu.

Satnam Singh Gambhir, President of All India Sikh Students Federation also gave away medals and certificates.

Those who were felicitated included Harman Singh, Ramanjot Singh, Sarabjit Singh, Yuvraj Singh, Aikas Hansraj, Reet Kaur Arora, Kirat Singh Bhullar, Jagpreet Singh Sandhu, Priyam Pawa, Onkar Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Inderdeep Singh, Banit Singh, Guneet Kaur Bhatia. , Harleen Kaur, Amardeep Singh, Kawaljot Kaur Rikhraj, Harshdeep Singh, Jasrajpal Singh, Aastha Jaggi, Manjot Kaur Gandhi, Navjot Singh, Sarandeep Kaur, Tejwant Singh Bedi, Jasneet Kaur Rekhi and Jasmeet Kaur Ratan, Simran Gambhir, Harshpreet Kaur and Taranpreet Kaur.

Addressing the students, Saryu Roy said that the students who work hard, carve out a good career for themselves and they also create history.

He appreciated the Pratibha Samman program organized by All India Sikh Students Federation in honor of the students and encouraged the students to study further and better.

He appealed to the parents to take special care of the child.

Satnam Singh Gambhir said that education must be respected.

He said that the Federation will continue to encourage and motivate students even further.

Baljit Sansoa said that motivation of talented children is very important. This will boost the morale of the children towards education.

Inder Singh Inder and Amarjit Singh Bhamra said that the students should compete with themselves. This passion can bring success to children.

The head of Sakchi Gurdwara, Harvinder Singh Mantu, who was present during the program, congratulated the entire Federation team for the award ceremony.

Inder Singh Inder, Gurvinder Singh Sindhu Inderpal Singh, Paramjit Singh Kale, Manjit Singh Gill, Amarjit Singh, Avtar Singh, Taranpreet Singh Bunny, Gurdit Singh Chola, Sarabjit Singh and Manpreet Singh played important roles.
