Yet another Hindu woman brutally murdered in Pakistan Sindh

Desk: Yet another Hindu woman, named as Guddi Bheel, has been brutally murdered in Sindh province Pakistan.

The news was reported and a photo of her dead body showing slit throat was posted on Twitter by a twitter handle @Voice_minority that identifies itself as Voice of Pakistan Minority.

The Voice of Pakistan Minority handle is a non-profit organisation of Pakistan that is committed to protect minority rights in Pakistan and highlight their plight.

The handle also tagged Sherry Rehman, a senator of Pakistan Parliamentary Leader of PPP as well as Sindh Police of Pakistan.

The tweet shows that the murderers have slit her throat with a sharp object.

Voice of Pakistan Minority tweet also mentioned that Hindus are being attacked everyday in Sindh, while the provincial government is sleeping.

The most amazing fact is that there are very few who take notice of such incidents.

This particular tweet was made on August 13. The handle Voice of Pakistan Minority has 9,076 followers. Yet, till Aug 18, this particular tweet has got only 55 likes and 61 retweets.

There has not been even a single reaction on the tweet from Pakistan. Not too many from India either. There is only one reaction from India.

This shows how any cruelty or crime against Hindus goes almost unnoticed in Pakistan.

Persecution of minority, especially women and girls, is a common phenomenon in Pakistan. Despite frequent incidents of abduction, killing, rapes and forced mass conversions, Pakistan government has not taken any step to curb the crimes against minorities.

A couple of weeks back, Reena Meghwar, a Hindu girl, was abducted and converted to Islam forcefully in Sindh Pakistan.

Torture of Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan is treated as a normal affair and always dismissed as something that is not worth paying attention.

Hindus comprise only 2.14% of the entire population of Pakistan. Most of these Hindus are treated badly and are frequently forced to convert.
