Namaz offered at home on Bakrid

Jamshedpur: Members of Muslim community celebrated Bakrid and offered prayers at home on Wednesday. Corona has had its impact as people avoided crowding and offered prayers at home.

The district administration remained alert and police forces were deputed at all important places.

Md Nasab Alam Qadri said that corona pandemic did have impact on Bakrid celebrations as people avoided crowding and preferred to celebrate the festival by limiting festivities.
