Tata Workers Union Bachao Morcha to contest elections under P N Singh’s leadership

Jamshedpur: Tata Workers’ Union Bachao Morcha will contest the oncoming TWU elections under the leadership of P N Singh. This decision was taken in a meeting of Morcha held Wednesday meeting in Bistupur.

The meeting was attended by the former TWU vice-president Bhaskar Rao, former Assistant secretary of the union R K Singh, committee member R N Mishra, Anil singh and Rajiv Kumar.

These union leaders said that they would contest the elections under the leadership of ex-president of the union P N Singh.

The Morcha members also congratulated the election officer and the members of the election committee who were elected today. They also lauded the committee members for having elected the Election officer and his team for an impartial election.

The members said that the present team of the union has caused a lot of harm to the cause of workers during the last 6 years.

They said that P N Singh would have to be brought back to the union leadership to protect the interests of the workers.

The Morcha members also decided to contact maximum number of committee members and workers.

Those who attended the Morcha meeting included Satish, Shakeel Khan and others.
