Professional Congress holds crucial meeting in Jamshedpur
Jamshedpur: Congress has renewed its efforts to strengthen the party units at the ground level. To further rejuvenate different units of the party, Congress held a meeting of its unit for professionals on Saturday in Jamshedpur. The unit is called Professional Congress.
The crucial meeting of Professional Congress was attended by the ex-CM of Jharkhand Madhu Koda and Singhhum MP Geeta Koda.
The State President of Professional Congress Aditya Vikram Jaiswal said that the Chief Minister of Jharkhand Hemant Soren has serious plans for employment generation in the state. Congress is a member of the ruling alliance in the state. Keeping this in mind, Professional Congress has been meeting different sections of the society to know their expectations and would share their feedback with the Chief Minister Hemant Soren too, so that the people’s voice can reach the government directly.
He said that unemployment issue was the main issue in Congress manifesto.
He said that a report would be prepared on the vacancies in different departments.
Geeta Koda criticised the NDA government at the centre on the issue of farmers. Terming the NDA government as anti-farmer, she said that it failed in fulfilling expectations.
Madhu Koda praised the efforts of Professional Congress and said that all sections would support Congress in the coming days after the meeting.
