Corona claims 1 more life on Saturday in Jamshedpur, total deaths 369

Mortality rate 2.2%, recovery rate 96%, positivity rate 4.8%

Jamshedpur: Coronavirus has claimed 1 more life on Saturday, after having spared the city on Friday. With this, the total death toll in city due to coronavirus pandemic has now rose up to 369 with a mortality rate of 2.2% till Saturday.

According to official data, 28 fresh coronavirus positive cases were also detected in East Singhbhum district taking the total number of coronavirus infection cases in the district to 16,559.

On the other hand, on Saturday itself, 38 patients were also cured and discharged from different hospitals of the district. The recoveries in the district have now reached 15,916.

For now, East Singhbhum district has 369 active cases of coronavirus infection.

The recovery rate in the district remains at 96%, while the mortality remains hovering around 2.2%. The positivity rate for the district is still at 4.8%.
