Seraikela: The active number of coronavirus infection cases in Seraikela-Kharsawan district is 230 till Sunday evening, while no new deaths have been reported due to the virus in the district. The total death toll remains at 9 for the district.
According to official data, a total of 1,06,117 samples have been tested in the district. Out of these, 99,823 samples were found negative for corona. On the other hand, 3,285 samples tested positive.
On the other hand, 3,046 patients have also been cured and discharged in the district till Sunday.
For now, the district has reported only 230 active cases of coronavirus infections.
Test results of 3,147 samples are still awaited. On Sunday, a total of 708 samples were collected in the district.
The district has 8 quarantine centres in all. However, no one has been housed in any of such centre yet.
