Corona claims 3 more lives in Jharkhand on Saturday, total 784 deaths

Ranchi: Coronavirus has taken 3 more lives in Jharkhand on Saturday. With this, the total number of fatalities due to the virus in the state has now reached 784.

On Saturday itself, 697 new corona patients were detected in different parts of the state. With this, the Toal number of corona infections in the state has reached 91,951.

According to health department data, 3 more persons have succumbed to the virus in the state during the last 24 hours and with this the number of total deaths in the state has reached 784.

Besides, 697 new patients were found in the state. The state, meanwhile, has cured and discharged 82,805 covid-19 patients till Saturday. For now, 8,362 active cases are being treated in different districts of the state.

On Saturday, 3 lost their lives. One victim was from Ranchi, one from Dhanbad and the third one from Dumka.

According to data, on Saturday, 26,467 samples were collected, 28,104 were tested, out of which 697 tested positive. 1,131 persons were cured and discharged on Saturday. The recovery rate in the state has now closed 90 per cent.
