Dupatta Sagar proprietor Sarabjit Singh Bhatia passes away

Rinku was diabetic and had tested positive for Corona too

Jamshedpur: Sarabjit Singh Bhatia alias Rinku, the owner of Dupatta Sagar in Bistupur Market, has passed away due to heart attack in TMH. He was 50.

According to information received, Sarabhjit Singh Bhatia was diabetic and he was admitted in TMH after having breathing problems.

He had also tested positive for Covid-19.

His family members have also been quarantined. Four of the family members were found positive for Corona in tests.

Known popularly as Rinku, Sarabjit had made quite a name in the Sikh community of the city.

His untimely demise has caused an irreparable damage to not only the Sikh community, but also the business community of the city as well as his acquaintances and friends.

People from Sikh community as well as his acquaintances have expressed deep grief over his demise and have said that he was quite a popular personality in the business circles and was known for his wit and sense of humour.
