Corona kills 7 in Jharkhand on Wednesday, State death tally now 136, 978 new cases

Ranchi: Corona has killed 7 more persons in Jharkhand on Wednesday taking the death toll to 136 in the state. On the other hand, the state also registered 978 new positive cases.

On Wednesday, 7 persons have died of Corona in Jharkhand. 3 persons have died in Ranchi, while East Singhbhum, Giridih, Khunti and West Singhbhum have had 1 death each. With this the death toll for the state has now reached 136.

Meanwhile, record 461 persons have been cured in the state too.

In all, 978 new positive cases have been found in the state on Wednesday.

With this, the total number of infections in the state has now reached 15,048. Meanwhile, till date 9086 persons have been cured and discharged in the state.

Till date the state has tested 3,51,197 samples, out of which 15,048 were found positive. The number of active cases is 9086 in the state.
