Corona kills 4 more in TMH, 2 from Jamshedpur, 1 from Dhanbad, 1 from Seraikela, total deaths for city 39

76 more test positive for Covid-19 in city, 30 cured and discharged on Saturday

Jamshedpur: Corona has killed 4 more persons on Saturday. Out of these 4, one woman was from Dhanbad, one was from Seraikela-Kharsawan district, third is from Bagunhatu and fourth from Contractor’s Area, Bistupur. The death toll for East Singhbhum district has now reached 39 with one addition today.

According to health department sources, the first person who died of Corona was from Bagunhatu. He was a 49-year-old man and had kidney problems. He was admitted in TMH on July 29. He tested positive for Corona on July 30 and died on August 1, 2020, Saturday in TMH during treatment.

The second patient dying of Corona was a 55-year-old person from Kapali, Seraikela-Kharsawan district. He was admitted in TMh with fever and problems in breathing. He died of complications on August 1 during treatment.

The third person who died of Corona was a 55-year-old woman from Dhanbad. She was admitted in TMH on July 15. She was found Corona positive and on Saturday she died of complications.

The fourth person was a woman from Contractor’s Area, who was admitted in the hospital with breathing difficulties.

Meanwhile, in East Singhbhum, 76 new Corona positive patients have been identified on Saturday, while 30 patients were cured and discharged from hospital.

The administration has appealed to the people to continue following the safety and social distancing norms.
