Meanwhile, the DTO office along with the district headquarters have been sealed. The SSP office too is being sanitised.

Corona is no more confined to the alleyways of the city and only to those who have had a travel history. The disease is now reaching the nooks and corners of the city and even the offices which have been taking proper precautions to thwart the disease.

A spate of infections caused to the government employees has caused a concern among the higher echelons of the administration.

The health department is now trying to trace the contact history of the DTO and two other employees.

The district headquarters will now be sealed for two days. The officers would be available on phone and the control room would be working.

The DC Suraj Kumar’s samples too have been taken. Samples of other officers and employees too are being taken.

Speaking to Town Post the ADM (law and order) confirmed that the DC office has been closed for two days although the officers would be available on phone.

Meanwhile, the president of Jamshedpur Chapter of Indian Medical Association, Dr Umesh Khan, too has quarantined himself.

A patient being treated at Lifeline Nursing Home in Sakchi was later found to be positive for Corona.
