Family suspects foul play in Sunny Bhatia road accident case, demands CCTV footage vetting

SGPC delegation meets SSP, presses for thorough probe into all aspects

Jamshedpur: A delegation of SGPC today met the SSP M Tamil Vanam and requested him to examine all aspects of the Sunny Bhatia road accident case. The delegation submitted a memorandum to the SP and urged him to examine the CCTV footage of the time.

The family of late Sunny Bhatia are suspecting some kind of foul play behind the accident.

Late Sunny Bhatia’s father says that his son had an altercation with someone over money related matters on the day the accident occurred.

Keeping the suspicions of the family in view, a delegation of SGPG today met the SSP and urged him to examine the CCTV footage of the area.

Later, Sardar Shailendra Singh, who led the delegation said that the father of the deceased says that Sunny Bhatia had an altercation with someone over financial matters. And this necessitates examination of all aspects of the case.

The family members, however, are suspecting foul play in the demise of Sunny Bhatia.

Sunny Bhatia was returning from his shop at night when near Palang Market in Sakchi, his car was dashed from behind by another vehicle. He was thrown on the ground and he got seriously injured. He was rushed to hospital, but he died during treatment.
